Our step-by-step approach to ensure effectiveness:
• Analysis: We conduct thorough analysis to arrive at a design framework. Our
analysis include “Learning Need Analysis” to identify specific skill areas that
need to be developed or strengthened. We also conduct detailed “Audience
Analysis” to understand learning patterns, prerequisite knowledge so as to provide
specific solutions for a particular audience. During this phase, we also conduct
Task Analysis.
• Design: Based on the results of the Analysis phase, we design a learning model
that is implemented in the development phase. During this phase, we decide the
learning media, the instructional strategies, and media elements to be used to meet
the learning objectives.
• Development: Based on the Design framework, complete learning material
is developed. This may include creation of guides, work books, presentations,
learning aids for instructor-led-trainings (ILTs) and complete modules for e-
learning.
